What Maintenance Is Required For Reese Goose Box 5th Wheel To Gooseneck Air Coupler Adapter?

Hello, The place that installed the Gooseneck box didnt give us much information in regards to the maintenance of the box. The airbag we have figured out but how often should the grease be checked in the pivot tube?

I am sorry to hear that the company that installed your Reese Goose Box 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Hitch Air Coupler Adapter # RP85FR did not go over the required maintenance to keep the pin box in good shape.
You will want to grease the zerk fitting on the pivot tube, and clean and grease gooseneck ball before each use.
Regarding the air bag you will just need to completely deflate and then re-inflate it each season.
Other than that you will need to keep an eye on the hitch and check for any wear that will need to be addressed.
