The Chevrolet box trucks were typically built on a 1 ton express van chassis. The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors, # KS62077-78G, that you referenced were designed to replace the OEM mirrors on the 2007 to 2009 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado pickup trucks, so they will likely not fit on your box truck.

We do have a few universal towing mirrors that will work with your vehicle, but we do not have a custom towing mirror option for your 2003 Chevrolet box truck if it was built on a 3500 chassis. Instead, you may want to take a look at the CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, # 11650. We have found that this mirror offers the least amount of vibration of our universal fit mirrors.
