Before flat towing any vehicle you must check the owner's manual to ensure your vehicle is capable of being flat towed and if it is that you follow any steps it lists to protect the transmission of your vehicle. If capable you'll need a tow bar, tow bar wiring kit, base plate, breaking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:
Tow Bar: You said you have a receiver and linked to the #BX4330. I would recommend against using this receiver for your truck. It only has a max weight capacity of 5,000lbs and the dry weight of the 2018 F-150's ranges from 4,069 to 5,697lbs. Unless you know for sure that your truck will fall under that weight capacity even while loaded up I recommend using a higher weight capacity like the Blue Ox Ascent Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 7,500lbs
Item # BX4370.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154. This universal kit is a one time setup that will splice into your vehicle's tail lights to signal instead of having to run a magnetic light to the back of your truck every time you want to tow.
Base Plate: Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # BO74FR. This kit will link to your Blue Ox tow bar with no adapters needed.
Breaking System: Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # HM39530. This system is a one time setup that will bolt under the driver's seat and comes with a battery charger to keep your vehicle's battery charged while towing. Your vehicle may need # RM-88400 to prevent the prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. I've attached a guide to go through for you to determine if this is the case.
Safety Cables: Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables - 7,500lbs - Qty 2 Item # BX88196. The coils will help prevent damage due to dragging on the ground.
