Question:
I have a 2013 Ford F150 Super Crew Lariat. Im installing this lock, and wonder if you can confirm for me the correct colored wires I should find under the rear drivers side sill plate, I would very much appreciate it.

Expert Reply:
On a 2010 and up Ford F-150 the wires should be light blue with a green stripe and gray with a brown stripe. However, the manufacturer could use any color wire they need to if they happened to run out of one color on the assembly line. The best way to find the correct wires is to test them with a circuit tester like # PTW2979 if needed.
