Does etrailer have a bike hitch for the Niro? Is says the trailer hitch is not for EV or Hybrid, but do you sell a hitch for a bike race to carry 4 Bikes max weight 200 lbs?

The only way to carry 4 bikes will be to add a roof rack and roof bike rack carriers. Unfortunately, there is no hitch available for a 2019 Kia Niro.
The Rhino Rack Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 and Legs # RRSX026 will fit your 2019 Niro and has a 175 pound capacity. The Swagman Race Ready Roof Bike Rack # S64705, which you would need four of, would then attach directly to the roof rack and you would be all set to go.
A potential add-on will be the Rightline Gear Moki Door Step # RL100660. This allows for much easier access to the roof of the vehicle.
