WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE ORIGINAL FILTER ON A 2018 DODGE 5500 WITH CUMMINS 6.7. WE HAVE AROUND 20 UNITS OIL TEMP AND PRESSURE ARE AN ISSUE SO I AM THINKING TIS WILL HELP SOLVE PROBLEM SOMEWHAT.

You might be able to use your existing oil filter with the Derale Atomic-Cool Remote Engine Oil Cooler Kit w/ Fan - Class V, part # D15450. In most cases the factory oil filter will work with the supplied sandwich adapter. In some applications where the frame of exhaust system interferes with the new filter depth we recommend using a shorter filter length. I have attached a picture of the possible filter options if you do not have enough room for your oil filter.
