I have the genuine Chevrolet Accessory soft roll up tonneau cover, part #19416979. GM says its by Advantage/Associated Accessories brand. Will your part# TX1704534 fit that cover?

We do not carry that brand so we can't get that replacement part. Best solution we have for a new roll up tonneau cover for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 5-3/4 foot bed would be with the Access Larado part # A93FR which would give you new rails and clamps as well to replace what you have with.
The Truxedo part number is not a fit for your truck either so it definitely would not work.
