I bought a headache rack with stop turn LED lights on it two lights /side Will the curt 55384 harness T into my facfory installed bumper 7 way trailer connector to power these headache lights

Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55384 will allow you to add the 4-way wiring you need for a B&W Custom Headache Rack w/ LED Brake, Turn, Tail Lights # BWPUCP7502BA on your 2021 Ford F-350. This connector will plug inline of your factory 7-way wiring harness.
I recommend using Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 to attach the wires rather than using the 4-way connector or wiring taps.
