Hello, Will this will fit a 2019 Winnebago Vista 29VE. I cannot find specific cable length from the Winnebago parts catalog. This is the part numbers I found on the Winnebago website. Part number 06242114000 Cable valve with remote handle. Part number 12914702000 Valve 3.0 Hubxspigot, remote. The attached picture displays the issue with blank tank valve.

If that's a 1-1/2 inch diameter waste valve then yes the # 34466N11AB72GMA would work as a replacement. If instead you have a 3 inch diameter valve like it looks like you might have you'd need the part # TC372.
