I have another option for you, but the Air Lift 88344 you were looking at are only confirmed to fit motorhomes built on the 2009-2021 Ford F-53 Chassis.
For your 2004 Winnebago Sightseer built on the Ford F-53 chassis you will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57410 instead.
These air helper springs have the same 5000lb load leveling capacity which can be adjusted between 5-100 PSI to get the exact support you need.
To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs each time you tow or carry a heavy load I recommend adding an on-board air compressor.
