I checked with the manufacturer, TorkLift, and the correct front camper tie-downs are going to depend on if you have the factory air bags or not for your 2016 Ram 3500 Crew Cab with an 8 foot bed, factory hitch and no running boards.
- WITHOUT Factory Air Bags: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLD2124
- WITH Factory Air Bags: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLD2126
The rear tie-downs will be the same no matter if your '16 Ram 3500 has factory air bags or not, with the correct part being the following:

Along with the tie-downs, the other thing you will need are turnbuckles in order to secure the camper to your truck. The best option by far are the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles because they are the easiest to use due to their lever-action handles, and because they are locking to help protect your investment. These turnbuckles are stainless steel so they won't rust, and come in a quantity of four to secure all four corners; you can choose from a couple different colors:
