do these fenders need a mounting bracket? If so what is the # and price,also can these be painted.

Yes, the Fulton Plastic Fenders, item # F008593, will require a mounting bracket. Fulton does not provide mounting bracket kits for the fenders. You can use your fenders original mounting brackets or use L brackets to mount the fender to your trailers frame.
These fenders can be painted but will require surface preparation for the paint to adhere. The paint used will need to be a flexible bumper style paint so that flexing and movement of the polyethylene material does not cause the paint to flake and crack. The color is molded in these fenders and they do not require paint. We carry these fenders in three colors, white item # F008573, black item # F008583, and silver item # F008593.
