Question:
My fridge was making a noise, like the fan may have been touching some ice. I thought it might not be defrosting, so I turned fridge off. After two days I turned it back on and it will not get cold. Room temp.

Your Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10.7 Cu Ft - 12V - Stainless Steel Item # 324-000119 most likely has a clogged drain tube. To clean the drain tube you'll take the back off the fridge and you'll see a tube running into a pan. The tube allows condensation to drain into the pan and then evaporate. You can use a long pipe cleaner to clean out the tube and then place it back in the pan. You'll also want to unplug the fridge and let it fully defrost with the doors open.
If that doesn't solve your issue then your thermostat or control board could be damaged.
