Question:

2019 coachmen 24 ft prism elite. 2 inch hitch receiver. Not sure if I should buy a rack like this and fold the bikes or a standard platform style bike rack.

I did some research and the Lectric ebike 2.0 appears to measure 37" by 18" by 27" when folded up. The 66x24 Lets Go Aero BossHog Slide-Out Cargo Carrier that you were looking at has inside dimensions of 66" wide and 24" deep which would not be enough for both Lectric ebikes.

The Swagman Current Bike Rack # S64678 could work for you. It has a weight capacity of 60lbs per bike which is just 3 lbs under the weight of your Lectric Ebike 2.0 according to my research. To get your bikes down to 60lbs you can remove the battery pack which weighs 7lbs and will allow you to use this bike rack, assuming your bikes are then under 60lbs each.

If you don't want to remove the batteries then your other option is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202. This is more costly but does have a weight capacity of 65lbs per bike and has a built-in ramp for easy loading. I attached demonstration videos for you.
