Would this item fit over my pace edwards switchblade bed cover? I have a 2016 Ram Rebel 1500. If not what do you recommend. Thank you.

For your 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel with a 5-1/2 foot bed you'd need to go with a different tonneau setup on your truck to install a Thule TracRac sliding ladder rack since your Switchblade covers the stake pocket openings. Instead you'd want to go with a Bak Revolver X2 part # BAK39207 which would give you access then you'd be able to install a sliding TracRac like the # TH43003XT-784 and you'd be set.
