There is a heavy-duty 5th wheel hitch that you can use with your 2010 Ram 3500, though there isn't one that has a 37,000 lb weight capacity. Instead, the highest capacity 5th wheel hitch available has a 30,000 lb capacity, and is from Curt:

The A30 uses an interlocking dual jaw system that wraps totally around the king pin, and this vice-like connections means that the back-and-forth chucking, bucking and jarring that you get when towing with lesser hitches won't occur with the A30.
