Question:
I have a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE and I watch the back go way down when I attach a small rv. Would like to find something to keep the back lifted and supported.

In order to help reduce sag/squat while towing with a 2018 Toyota Highlander you'll want to use the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs part # CSS-1145. These are a confirmed fit per SuperSprings and are the only available option. They install between the coils on the coil spring and help prevent them from compressing as much with a load therefore there will be less sag/squat.
