Question:

I just purchased a 2009 allegro bus. My jeep is already set up to use the brake master system. How hard is it to install the brake master second motorhome kit 98200 on the new coach? The local dealer gave me an estimaste of $500.00.

Installation of the BrakeMaster second vehicle kit, # RM-98200, can potentially be done at home if you have experience in auto motive projects. To give you some idea of what the installation requires I have included a link to the installation instructions for the BrakeMaster system. Since you will be installing a second vehicle kit the part of the instructions that applies to you is the section that takes place on the vehicle.

You will probably also need a second break away kit, # RM-8600, if you do not already have one.
