Question:

Looking to abed rack to hold a couple kayaks or a small John boat that is compatible with a tonneau cover. Our truck is a 2019 Ford F350 four door crew cab. We would prefer an over the cab model but will look at other designs if needed to use the tonneau cover. Thank You

To use a tonneau cover and ladder rack with your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty 8' Bed, you will need a ladder rack that is compatible with tonneau covers.

I recommend the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever, part # TH43003XT-000EX. It's compatible with BAK tonneau covers and the cantilever will extend over your cab. I've linked to a video review of this below.

For the tonneau cover, I recommend the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover, part # BAK39331. It's a hard roll-up cover that gives the convenience of soft covers with the durability of hard covers. I've linked to a video review of this as well.

Finally, for your kayak carrier, we have the Malone Stax Pro2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Post Style, part # MPG115MD. It will allow you to carry two kayaks on their sides next to each other.
