Question:
While awaiting delivery of the TLA7700L I need to prepare the trailer hitch to accept the mounting and then fabricating a bracket for it to attach too - therefore I need the bolt pattern spacing from the bottom of the product - it is not in any of the videos or specified

The holes on the bottom of the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7700L aren't necessarily designed for mounting the box and are really there to allow moisture to escape and as access holes for wiring.
According to the instructions there are 4 recommended mounting methods for this battery box and you'll want to choose the one that best fits your trailer. You will want to drill pilot holes in both the box and the trailer frame in spots that line up however you're wanting to install the unit, so the bolt hole location won't be terribly important for mounting the box.
