The Thule OutWay Platform Trunk Rack, part # TH65JV, is not a confirmed fit for your 2021 Lexus UX 250h. In fact, there aren't any trunk bike racks that are compatible with your vehicle.
Instead, you'll need to use the roof rack of your vehicle for a roof-mounted rack. I recommend the Yakima HighRoad, part # Y02114. It fits round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. They clamp onto the wheel of your bike so your frame won't matter. It supports bikes up to 45 pounds. I've linked to a video review of this below.
