Will this roof rack # Y01-140B-NT. fit my existing track on my Lexus GX460 2014 I like how high these cross bars sit to clear the non-flexible antenna at the rear of my roof. I will be hauling paddle boards on my cross bars. Thank you!

I have a solution for you, but the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars - Black - 65" # Y01-140B-NT is specifically for Thule or Yakima roof tracks and it will not fit your factory roof tracks.
Since your 2014 Lexus GX 460 has the factory flush rails running front to back you can install the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars 49" Qty 3 # RRVA126B-3. You will also need Legs # RRRCH6 and Fit Kit # RRRCP23-BK. As you can see in the attached video, this roof rack will be able to clear the antenna on the back of your roof.
Then for your paddleboards, I recommend adding the Malone Deluxe Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - 2 SUPs - Foam Block Style - 24" # MPG171. This is a simple and economical option for safely carrying your two paddleboards on the roof rack. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
