The Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer, # 324-000119 will easily take an hour or more to reach set temperature, depending on ambient temp at start. It will always get cold in the freezer first and is best to check operation of a full refrigerator, not empty. This is most easily be accomplished by simply placing containers of water in the refrigerator. Please check to ensure that all coils and vents are clean allowing full air flow. If these items do not resolve for an improved temp of refrigerator, you may have a faulty thermistor/temp sensor and will need to contact manufacturer for assistance a that is not a part we carry.
