I may have another option for you, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # c14006 you mentioned is only confirmed to fit select 2014-2019 GMC/Chevrolet 1500 trucks and will not fit your 2006 Chevrolet W-3500 or 2006 Isuzu NPR flatbed. At this time there is not a trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit either of the vehicles you mentioned

Your best bet is to have a local welder install a universal trailer hitch receiver like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 with 7" tall mounting brackets, or the # 41990-16 with 16" tall mounting brackets. Both of these hitches fit vehicles with a frame up to 44" wide, so you will need to confirm your frame not above 44" wide.
