Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard

Question:

Vehicle is 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk I have Roadmaster NIghthawk tow bar I have arm weldment removable arms #521440-5 I want to use the Guardian Rock Guard, but it does not work with my current baseplate setup. I have been told that I need the following: 1: Crossbar assembly #910-021-00 2: Two new removable arms arm weldment, one for driver side, one for passenger side with the following part #s: C-0031154 and C-003116. These would replace my existing and would allow the crossbar to attach. Can you tell me if this is correct, and if you have these parts, or where I can get them...Thanks in advance

The # RM521440-5 Base Plate Kit is not recommended for the 2021 JGC Trailhawk model. You can use the Demco # DM9519291 kit or the Blue Ox # BX1128 to fit a Trailhawk, however these are not designed to work with the tow bar mounted rock guard.

A good alternative would be the Rock Tamers # ERT00108 Adjustable Flap System. This fits over the 2" receiver that your tow bars connect to in the gap between the ball mount and the reciever.
