For a kayak carrier that is confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford Explorer factory crossbars, I recommend the Yakima JayHook Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # Y04084. The JayHook carrier allows you to transport 1 kayak on its side in order to save extra room on your rack if you wish to mount extra accessories. The JayHook comes with 2 load straps to secure your kayak to your crossbars as well as 2 ratcheting bow/stern ties to anchor your kayak to your 2020 Ford Explorer.
If you need to transport more than one kayak, I recommend the Yakima BigStack Roof Mounted 2 Kayak Carrier # Y04041.
