Will this fit my 2014 f150 king ranch truck it has the 51/2 ft bed 4 door cab , and is this complete or do I need anything else to install it.thank you

I recommend Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000lbs # RP30047 Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56006-53 instead since it's a confirmed fit for your 2014 F-150 King Ranch 5-1/2' bed.

With how short your bed is you will need a rotating pin box to avoid hitting the cab with your 5th Wheel Camper. There are specific replacements to your current pin box so I would need to know what you have to give you the correct fit.
