Question:
I saw a video where it is mentioned that the Draw-Tite class 3 sticks out half a inch more but between the class 2 and 3 from Curt, do one of them sticks out more? Any chance the class 2 is more flush with the bumper?

Both the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13356 and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class II # C12341 measure 3-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the most outward part of the rear bumper, so both will stick out exactly the same amount.
Between these options I recommend the # 13356 as it does not require a stabilizing strap when using non-trailer loads, and it also has a 2" receiver which gives you a lot more options when it comes to accessories now and in the future.
If you can tell me what you are planning on using your trailer hitch receiver for, and the Year of your Toyota Venza I would be happy to recommend the best accessories for your needs.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
