The K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors, # KS81800 are not a confirmed fit for the newer generation 2021 F-150. You will need to go with universal fit type mirror such as the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors, # 7070-2 or Dual Lens Towing Mirrors, # 11953-2. Please see the attached links to product pages.
