I wasn't able to find specific information regarding the shape or dimensions of your Barricade roof rack.
However, I can tell you the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier, part # MPG114MD, is able to fit round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars with a minimum crossbar spread of 24". The Universal Jawz brackets makes it have a fairly universal fit, so this should work with your rack.
