Will the Curt Hitch C11362 Fit a 2017 Lexus ES 300h?

Question:

Do you have an installer in Sarasota or Bradenton FL? This would be for installation on a 2017 Lexus e300H. Heat shield must be removed? Wiring is included in this package?

The Curt Class I Trailer Hitch # C11362 is definitely a fit for your 2017 Lexus ES 300h. This does require the removal, trimming, and then reinstallation of a heat shield, so it is a little more involved of an install. If you will be towing or carrying something that utilizes lights, you will need to get a wiring harness as this does not have one included.

In this case, I suggest the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. This is designed to be used with vehicles that have more computers and does not require any cutting or splicing into your vehicle's wiring.

Unfortunately we do not have installers we can recommend, but I can absolutely give you some advice there. That being said, I would not recommend going to a dealership to have the install done. Yes, they will do a good job, but they tend to charge an arm and a leg for the labor. What I have always told people to do would be to start at a good mechanic you have gone to, or continue to go to. They will do just as good of a job as the dealership would, but will have significantly better prices.
