Can I get a fifth wheel that will/can utilize the optional utili-track system from Nissan, instead of mounting the mounting track? I have a 2012 Titan LWB73inch bed with the utili-track installed.

A 5th wheel trailer hitch has to be connected to the truck frame. If I understand the Utili-track system correctly, it is secured to the bed but not the truck frame. This is probably why there are not hitches that I have seen that use the Utili-Track system to mount a hitch.
You can use the Curt 5th wheel installation kit # C16470-204 that you referenced on either the 5-1/2 foot or 6-1/2 foot beds on the 2012 Nissan Titan. The difference is that on a 6-1/2 foot bed you can use a slider hitch like # 16516 rated for 16K, but if you have the 5-1/2 foot bed you would have to use a fixed hitch like # C16115 (also rated for 16K) and then add a Sidewinder to the trailer.
To determine if there is a Sidewinder that will fit your trailer you will need to get the pin box make and model number off of the pin box. There should be a sticker or plate on the pin box that shows this information. Then you can use the FAQ on Sidewinders I have linked to see if there is one that will fit.
