When installing Curt 5th wheel trailer hitch install kit # C16470-204 on your 2012 Nissan Titan with 6-1/2 foot bed, measure from the rear edge of the bed (not the tailgate) forward 31-1/4 inches. This is where the rear edge of the rear rail in the kit will be.
Then to locate the front rail you would use the hitch by placing it in the rear rail then lining up the front rail. This will put your slider 5th wheel trailer hitch centerline 3 inches forward of the rear axle centerline. I have linked the instructions to the right for you to view.
