The Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack is specifically designed to mounted onto the Pace Edwards Tonneau Cover With Explorer Rails. If you have that on your 2015 Ram 1500, then this rack will work. I do not show that the rack you linked is the correct version for the 2015 Ram 1500 so you will want to click on the link I attached and enter your truck's information to find the correct rack.
If you don't have the Pace Edwards Cover and you actually have a different folding tonneau cover, then you first need to make sure it is mounted inside the bed rails and does not cover the bed side rails at all. Then you can install the Adarac Pro Series Ladder Rack as this will work with a folding cover. Use # A4000965 for 5-1/2' bed without RamBox, use # A49FR for 6-1/2' bed without RamBox, and use # A69FR for 8' bed.
