i have a 2018 Toyota Tundra and in process of buy a small 5th wheel with 1200 lb hitch weight which roadmaster system would be best standard or HD

For your 2018 Toyota Tundra towing a small 5th wheel trailer with 1200lbs of pin weight I recommend the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS4611TD as it has a 2000lb load rating which is plenty for the weight of your trailer, and will do a great job of preventing sag and eliminating sway and body roll when your truck is loaded or unloaded.

There is nothing wrong with going with the heavy duty # RAS34FR that has a 3000lb load rating, but you do not need that much support for what you are towing, and going with the # RAS4611TD will be more cost effective.
