For your 1999 Jayco Heritage Pop-Up camping trailer, I recommend the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019. This latch fits doors that are 1-1/4 inches to 1-1/2 inches thick and installs into latch cutouts that are 2-1/2 inches wide x 3-1/2 inches tall to 3 inches wide x 4 inches tall.

If your measurements differ, please email me for an updated recommendation.

@Wallace That is an odd hole size, Wallace. I couldn't find anything that directly matches that cutout, but the Global Link # 295-000015 requires a cutout hole approximately 3-3/4" tall by 3-3/8" wide and would be the closest we have. You would need to trim it a little, but pretty minimally. If you don't mind trimming the cutout though, the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock - Black # BA64FR require a 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall cutout and would be the option I would go with. It has two lock cylinders which allow you to secure the latch handle and deadbolt separately and is specifically designed for a motorhome's main door. It would be a little more work, but I think it's worth it. Are you wanting this for a 1999 Jayco Heritage pop up or something else?
