We don't possess specific information as to light replacements for different trailers and RVs because you can use just about any light anywhere you want. These lights will fit on your 2016 Jayco Seneca without any issue, but you'll want to compare them to your existing lights to determine whether or not they're the exact replacements.
With that said the LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - 52 Diode - Oval - Red Lens # DG52448PB will replace a multi-function tail light that mounts on the surface of the coach. This light is 8-3/8" long x 5-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep.
I've also linked a review video of this light for you to have a look at as well.
