Rather than a passive cooler like the # D13225, in order to get effective supplemental cooling for your transmission you'll really need a remote mount cooler with a fan. The # D13225 cooler you'd looked at would get very little air flow if mounted on your frame rail, and given the fact that you've obviously made some pretty serious upgrades to your engine you'll want something that's more effective as a passive cooler would be nearly useless.
I'd recommend the Derale # D13950 which can be mounted anywhere you have room to accommodate its 12-3/4 wide x 9-3/8 inch tall x 4-5/16 inch depth. This cooler won't need to be in a direct air flow because it uses and integrated fan. The cooler includes 10 feet of hose, but depending on where you decide to install the cooler, you might need some additional hose which is available in 5 foot lengths as part # D13016 or 25 foot lengths as # D13017.
