Expert Reply:
Yes, we carry both the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-781 and the PowertraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover - Powered - Aluminum # RTX72FR. I confirmed with my contact at Retrax that the Powertrax PRO MX does cover the stake pockets about 3/4 of the way. In order to install the TracRac, it will require either a bit of cutting or drilling of the side rails of the cover.
If you are looking for an option that doesn't require cutting or drilling in order to install the TracRac, I confirmed with BAK that the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK99FR will allow that option. I went ahead and attached a picture of the Revolver X2 and the steak pocket compatibility.
