Question:

I plan on using a hitch mounted bike rack on our 2021 Toyota Sienna. I need one with a tilt away feature like this one has, but curious if it tilts away while the bikes are still on it for access to the cargo area without having to remove the bikes?

I have a perfect solution for you! But unfortunately the Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack # C18064 along with any other hanging bike rack does not have the ability to tilt while bikes are loaded. For this feature, you will need to go with a platform bike rack.

I think a great option for you would be the Malone Runway Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # MAL82VR. This is very affordable considering it is a platform rack that has the ability to tilt for trunk access while 4 bikes are still loaded on it. Integrated locks are sure to keep your 4 bikes safe and secured. I recommend adding Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # MPG2174 to keep the bike rack locked to the hitch receiver, especially if you plan to park somewhere public for an extended period of time.
