Question:

I would be happy to help!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11276 is confirmed to fit your 2011 Toyota Prius and has a 200lb tongue weight rating and 2000lb trailer weight rating so you will need to make sure your trailer does not exceed those ratings.
For a drawbar Curt recommends the Curt Class II Drawbar - 2-5/8" Rise, 3-1/4" Drop - 7-1/4" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45521 which has a 2-3/4" rise. For a compatible 2" hitch ball you will need the # A-82, and for a hitch pin and clip you will need F-4.
To complete your towing setup you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118505.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
