I can’t get the volume to work

For you Jensen RV Stereo, # JWM60A with volume control problems first verify that speakers are properly connected. Check for shorts in the wiring or open circuit conditions. Verify the Fader/Balance and Mute controls are set correctly (see owner's manual). If they are, try the rest button and verify the speaker selection is not causing the issue.
