I called my contact at Extang and he confirmed that the Extang eMAX Soft Tonneau Cover - Folding - Vinyl EX72430 will sit 5 inches high when all the panels are stacked against the rear window. I went ahead and attached a picture of the eMAX folded below this answer.

If you are looking for the height of the panel when blocking the rear cab window, I confirmed with Extang that the measurement is 25 inches tall.
