The Thule TracRac Track One Ladder Rack - Black Matte Finish # TH27000XTB that you referenced is the correct setup for your 2007 Toyota Tundra 5-1/2' bed with the factory track system. Just keep in mind that this will not be compatible with a tonneau cover due to the fact that the TracRac clamps onto the bed rails and will interfere with how a tonneau cover installs.

If you want a ladder rack that is compatible with a tonneau cover that mounts inside the bed rails, look into the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH97RV. This mounts on top of the truck bed rails and will not interfere with an inside-the-rail tonneau cover. One last thing to keep in mind is that a folding tonneau cover may have trouble folding up correctly since the TracRac uses slanted upright arms that could interfere with that.
