I found an alternate solution for you. I went ahead and e-mailed my contact at Thule, and he informed me that the Thule Passage 2 #TH910XT does not fit your 1984 Honda Accord. He also said that Thule does not make any products that fit.
With that being said, I confirmed with the Yakima fit guide, and the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack # Y02637 will fit your 1984 Accord. The rack has a couple extra security options you can purchase as add-ons:
- Security Strap for Yakima Trunk Mounted Bike Carrier # Y02623 - secures the bike carrier to the vehicle
- Cable Lock # Y07233 - safely secures the bike to the rack. Requires Same-Key System Core # Y07202
