The Reese # RP50054 is a confirmed fit for the 2020 Ram 2500. The kit that includes the Reese bed rails is part # RP50054-58. You wouldn't want to mix manufacturers of rails and the brackets, as their weight capacity is tested as a unit.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector cable up and over the tailgate, you can do so using part # 41157.
