what size screws are needed to mount bracket to frame?

I went out to the warehouse and measured the mounting holes for the trailer light mounting bracket # BK45BB. The larger holes on top are 0.36 inches in diameter so 5/16 inch hardware would be the largest you could use. The smaller holes on the face of the bracket will accept up to 1/8 inch hardware. I also made a video showing the measurement of the large holes using digital calipers.
