Will a Tailgate Lock Fit on a 2013 Honda Ridgeline with a Factory Backup Camera

Could you please help me with the subject matter? My tailgate handle has a built in backup camera but does not lock. The tailgate opens two ways conventional and then like a door and I want to be able to secure it and add a tonneau cover. I can add pictures if it will help.

We have two manual keyed tailgate locks that will work on your 2013 Honda Ridgeline with the built in backup camera. The custom tailgate locks are available in black, # PAL6100, and silver, # PAL6102. These locks install under the OEM tailgate handle and will not interfere with the factory backup camera. As you stated, the Honda Ridgeline has two different tailgate handles, only one lock needs to be installed to secure the tailgate. Installing one of these locks will prevent the door from opening from either handle.

Adding a tailgate lock and a tonneau cover is a great way to secure your cargo in the bed of your Ridgeline. We have a few tonneau cover options for your Ridgeline as well. I have attached a link to the tonneau covers that will fit your vehicle for you to check out.
