The Curt # C11463 should fit onto a 2017 Honda Civic Coupe and Hatchback models without modifying the stock exhaust tips. The exhaust will need to be lowered and the heat shields will need to be trimmed, however. I included an install video of this being installed on a 2017 Honda Civic for you to take a look at as well.
If your vehicle has the center exhaust, there isn't currently a hitch available, unfortunately.
