Question:
Will this fit a 2017 RAV4 ? Will it clear the rear antenna and allow the tailgate to fully lift?

We do not have specific fit information for a 2017 Toyota RAV4 but I can tell you that you'll need 45" from the front crossbar to any obstruction (typically where the rear hatch meets the roof) to make the Yakima SkyBox NV 16 # Y95AV fit. You'll want to measure how tall your antenna sticks up compared to the height of your bars on the roof as well, as that antenna may not interfere with the box at all.
I've linked a photo that details these measurements as well, and the box clamps can be adjusted to some extent. If you can move your crossbars forward at all that would also help with getting the appropriate clearance.
